Terms of Service

By creating an account you expressly accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy in full. Account creation is only possible after you confirm that you have read and agreed to them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, download the application, or use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

optimyzer applies a set of system tweaks and optimizations to Windows 10 and Windows 11 in order to reduce latency, free up resources, and improve frame rates in games.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Performance gains vary depending on your hardware, drivers, background software, and game. We do not guarantee any specific level of performance improvement.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve the product, ensure compatibility, or comply with the law.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep it up to date. You must verify your email address before you can access certain features.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials.

Access to optimyzer requires a paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for.

All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, in whole or in part, for any subscription, renewal, or purchase, whether or not the Service was used.

This no-refund policy applies to all situations, including but not limited to: change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to cancel before a renewal, dissatisfaction with performance results, or hardware incompatibility.

Because optimyzer is a digital product delivered immediately, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive any right of withdrawal once access to the Service has been granted. If a refund is ever granted, it is done at our sole discretion and does not create any obligation for future cases.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, resell, redistribute, or share the application or your account with others.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to circumvent licensing or payment mechanisms, or to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

The Service modifies system settings on your computer. While designed to be safe and reversible, you use optimyzer at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

We strongly recommend keeping backups of important data. We are not responsible for data loss, downtime, or hardware issues arising from the use of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, optimyzer and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

In all cases, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to any refund, consistent with Section 5.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at optimyzer's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
